  Today i visited United Tools Burleigh with the intention to get guidance and a decent deal on my first full Makita toolkit. Caylum at the store was super helpful in assisting me with getting the right tools and providing me with detailed information about their specific features and answering any questions I had. The customer service was absolutely awesome!
  One of the most important things that made me buy from them was the fact that Caylum was happy to swap tools in the kit that I didn't need and add others that weren't originally in the kit.. this was absolutely amazing!
  Oh and by the way, i walked out with only 12 batteries in my bags! ( the store gave me 5x6amp on top of the kit and redemptions ... unreal!)
  I'm definitely coming back to buy tools here no doubt about it !

  After being mucked around by another parts store, I contacted United Tools Burleigh to see if they could help. They had the part I needed in stock, shipped it the same day and it arrived on my doorstep 2 or 3 days later. Awesome service! Would happily use them again and would definitely recommend them

  Impressive. Found them online, they had the Makita saw blades i needed at a good price (local Bunnings and Tool shop did not stock them). Ordered, and the blades were delivered next business day(!) (via Sendle, Burleigh to Brisbane). With delivery cost it was the same price as Amazon, and I got to support a local business. Will definitely buy from here next time.
