  Called to make an appointment for my daughter. Was told that because she had a runny nose we had to have a negative covid test to make an appointment (even though she has already seen a different doctor and we knew what she has). Called back after doing a rapid test which was negative and was told that they won't see patients with any cold/flu symptoms regardless of covid test results. So why waste my time and money??? Why not say from the start that they won't see her regardless of covid status?? Absolutely ridiculous.

  Worst experience dodgy doctor who gonna charge you without any reason be careful to go there nd when you ask them why charge extra lady doctor happy to fight with you

  Went to get a prescription for nicotine vape juice (which is required by law now) the doctor had no idea what I was talking about, refused to do a simple 5 min Google search, where he could have easily found the info he required (and should already know)
  
  Disgusting service. Don’t trust any doctor who’s defence is ignorance

  Had a phone consult as had flu symptoms so wouldn’t see me personally or prescribe antibiotics when I clearly needed them. Got worse over two days so this morning spent 3 hours at another clinic to be told I have congestion on the lungs and given strong antibiotics. If I didn’t seek a second opinion who knows what could have happened. If I get pneumonia I will take this further as I could have been treated days ago.

  I have been here a few times now since moving to the area. The female doctor Dr Jaspreet is thorough, asks questions, does all the appropriate checks and physical exams and actually listens! I left feeling validated with some helpful referrals. The nurse is also very kind and patient with my 4yo who visited for the first time having some immunisations. Have also had a telehealth phone consult with the male doctor as I was sick and needed antibiotics and the phonecall arrived promptly and I got what I needed. I am grateful for the service provided.
