- Jay Smith Added January 16, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The absolute WORST. If I could give 0 stars, I would! We never missed a single weeks rent in the 2 years we rented with them, and they have treated us like absolute s**t. Zero understanding regarding an inspection, insisted on coming through the house the same day we brought our 3 day old baby home from hospital and then gave us a breach notice because the lawn was long - we had called them beforehand and asked them to reschedule by ONE day so we could have it done ( I was still in hospital) and they said no. Ridiculous!
Now that we've left, they are trying to charge us for a full bond clean, full lawns and gardens, and full pressure clean even though it was done 2 weeks previously. We have them all the appropriate paperwork to inform them that we were moving away 2 weeks early and paid everything up to date and had professionals in to complete everything. Apparently 2 weeks is long enough for a spotlessly clean house to need a full bond clean again. The rental guy mark is a gutless fool, powertripping. Unbelievable.
Never in my life have I dealt with such difficult agents. Rent with them and you WILL regret it.
